      Employer is seeking an Associate Project Manager who will have the opportunity to lead the delivery of projects and shape the future of education.       Responsibilities:
      - Lead project teams and motivate members towards project milestones
      - Establish relationships with all project personnel and diplomatically resolve conflicts
      - Analyze communication needs and determine communication methods, channels, frequency, and level of detail for all audiences
      - Ensure the relevant business, operational, technical, and financial ramifications of the project are well understood and communicated
      - Assess project needs and select/implement appropriate project management methods to improve execution
      - Establish work plans and staffing for project activities and assess team skills/performance
      - Identify, scope, and schedule project deliverables, resources, milestones, and required activities and tasks
      - Perform risk assessment and implement mitigation plans
      - Establish standards for detailed project planning, estimating, tracking, reporting, documentation, issue and change management, success metrics, compliance, decision-making, and governance
      - Monitor all project activities and benchmark performance to identify improvements and achieve higher capability

      Requirements:
      - Bachelor's degree and 2+ years relevant experience
      - Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) required
      - Basic knowledge of project management methodologies (predictive, Agile)
      - Experience with current and new technologies being employed to support a digital business
      - Microsoft tools: Teams, SharePoint, Office, Excel, Visio, and Power BI
      - Project Management tools: Smartsheet, ConceptDraw, MS Project, JIRA, Workfront, and Azure DevOps
      - Attendance, punctuality, and onsite presence are essential functions of this role
